Sarah is a Chiropractor that is dedicated to helping you reach your goals! Whether it’s an acute injury, chronic pain, or mobility concerns, she’s determined to help create the right treatment plan for you. Sarah uses a wide-variety of skills including instrument-assisted, active-release, dynamic cupping, joint manipulations and mobilizations, kinesiology taping, and active rehab. She has additional training in Sports Medicine, but also loves to treat: chronic low back pain, headaches, jaw pain, tendon and extremity injuries. She strongly believes in giving her patients proper management strategies for their physical pain/injuries. If you are feeling held back from the things you love, Sarah is here for you!
Fun fact: Sarah is also a trained Animal Chiropractor (primarily dogs and horses). She really appreciates how much physical pain and dysfunction can impact all types of animals, and has seen how positive an impact it has when used appropriately to complement Veterinary Medicine.
When not in the clinic (or treating furry friends), you can find Sarah out with her dog Remi, mountain biking, hiking, or learning something new to help patients! She grew up playing competitive ice hockey, but has also trained in: powerlifting, CrossFit, endurance running, road biking, and golf.
