Alicia was 20, backpacking through Australia- eager and open to experiencing the fullness of life & discovering a newfound confidence within herself, that’s when yoga found her. Since then she has practiced & completed schooling in different systems of yoga under the guidance of many gifted teachers. The lineage Alicia is most grateful for is that of Baba Hari Das who said “If you work on yoga, yoga will work on you”.
This work has transitioned her focus on experience into the dedication to Svadhyaya (self-study), understanding and the path of Bhakti yoga.
Alicia is passionate about teaching from a creative, heartfelt place & sharing the therapeutic gifts of yoga: Balancing slow mindful movement & supported stillness, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Ayurveda, Mudras, Chanting and Meditation.
