My goal for you is to help you create a balance between health and lifestyle. I believe we can all benefit from a large range of modalities, and communication is key. Open dialogue about client goals and needs will ensure balance on your journey to wellness.My treatments incorporate more than just “deep tissue” work; I typically use techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point work, therapeutic exercises and postural education. While working alongside fellow RMT’s, physiotherapists and kinesiologists, I have developed a treatment style that incorporates a balance between sound clinical reasoning and a deep relaxation experience.
Born in St. Paul’s hospital in downtown Vancouver, I’ve been blessed to call many places in BC home – such as Okanagan, Squamish, and all over the lower mainland. I’m excited to now call Vancouver Island and the Form Wellness Team my home. I moved to the North Island in April 2020. I am passionate about the ocean and currently chasing a sailing dream. I have many activities in my life including riding my motorcycle, scuba, and training my cat Marley. I enjoy photography, and I’m interested in music, languages, and cooking.
