Terri Storey, RMT BFA

Massage Therapy assists to restore function where there is minor injury, and support healing where there is acute or chronic injury/condition. Your history experience, and response to internal and external factors are what make you unique. Through observation, intention and attention, each individual has the capacity for injury prevention, maintenance of health, and recovery from injury or condition.

My approach is vascular, neurological and musculoskeletal. Passive manipulation, sustained pressure and mobilization techniques are used to connect into cellular tissue and patterns of trauma.

She has learned many valuable perspectives on how to encourage healing and functionality to return where it has gone out of balance. Since graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapists in Vancouver in 2001, she has taken post graduate courses in Systemic Deep Tissue Massage, Muscle Balance and Function, Muscle Energy, Joint Mobilization, Visceral Manipulation, Somatics, Yoga for Massage Therapists, Myofascial Techniques and Hot Stone Massage.

As a Registered Massage Therapist, Carolyn participates in ongoing continuing education to supplement and expand her knowledge and experience.

Sean Lymworth, RMT

Sean works primarily with fascia, the highly communicative network of connective tissue that's interwoven throughout your body. Working with your nervous system encourages the calm it needs to allow and integrate deeply transformative therapy. If your nervous system is freaking out because the treatment is too intense then your body won't be open to letting go of the protective patterns that you experience as decreased functionality or pain. Communication ensures that the treatment depth is 'just right' for your body.

Sean is passionate about empowering and getting you out of pain. Having sustained many injuries himself, he understands very well the challenges of pain and decreased functionality.
